My taste for chocolate has returned!
I'm not sure whether i should celebrate or cry (i cry for everything these days!) but up to a couple of weeks ago i couldn't have considered eating anything sweet or worst chocolate!! amazing for me who LOVED chocolate before i was pregnant and would eat it on a regular basis. All I've been feeling like up to now is savory food: meat, fish, veggies -- i've been eating well and had removed all sweet stuff from my diet and the best is that it wasn't a sacrifice, i really didn't feel like it! it's crazy how much this process was changing my tastes. Also stopped coffee all together because it would make me nautious and i had to buy toothpaste for children with strawberry flavor cause the taste of mint made me cringe! (still does)
But it looks like baby has decided to investigate into the world of sweets now starting with chocolate!! Last night i made a chocolate mousse for a friend who was visiting and proceeded to make up for lost time by eating a huge portion. Of course it didn't agree with my stomack and i had trouble sleeping. Maybe i'm going to take it easy on the chocolate and ease back into it:)

Aren't the cravings odd? I prefer to think of them as foods the body knows you need. For me it's been fruit (berries really) and lemonade. I already loved pickles, so that doesn't count. When I start to crave something like broccoli, I'll let you know. LOL.
